Are you looking for a varied job in a beautiful location on the North Holland coast? For holiday park De Nollen we are looking for an enthusiastic and welcoming Front Office assistant to strengthen our team during the season.

The front office consists of reception and our Coffee & Bakery, where we sell coffee, fresh bread and a small range of groceries. This is a seasonal role from 1 March to 1 October. Working until 1 September is also possible for candidates who go back to school after that.

What will you do?

• You are the first point of contact for our guests, at the desk, by phone and by email.
• You process reservations in the booking system.
• You carry out various administrative tasks.
• You give guests information about the park and the area.
• You sell products from the Coffee & Bakery, merchandise and souvenirs. Baking off bread rolls is occasionally part of the job too.
• You make sure the front office always looks tidy and welcoming.
• Together with your colleagues you contribute to an unforgettable stay for our guests.
• You handle complaints professionally and with a focus on solutions.

What we ask

• Good communication skills.
• Command of Dutch and German; English is an advantage.
• Welcoming, service-minded and able to handle pressure.
• You cope well with busy periods, especially in high season.
• Basic computer and administrative skills.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings and holidays.

Paviljoen8, set in a beautiful holiday park in Callantsoog, is looking for a kitchen assistant to strengthen our kitchen team. You work as the head chef's right hand and support the daily work in both the hot and the cold kitchen. It is a varied role in a relaxed holiday atmosphere, right in the middle of the park.

What will you do?

• You support the head chef in preparing dishes.
• You work on both the hot and the cold side of the kitchen.
• You keep your workplace tidy and organised.
• You work according to HACCP guidelines.
• You help out at busy moments and contribute to a smooth-running kitchen.

What we are looking for

• Some kitchen experience is welcome, but extensive experience is not required.
• You are motivated to learn; we can train you further in-house.
• You work well with others and pick up tasks independently when needed.
• You are flexible, especially at weekends and during holidays.
• You have a positive and reliable attitude to work.
• The working language in the kitchen is English. Speaking Dutch is not required but does help. German is a plus.
